When you request a demo
We keep the email address, the kind of business, and any WhatsApp number you give us, so we can get in touch about your demo.
When your customers call
Rifku keeps a transcript of each call and the caller details needed for the order, such as name, number and delivery address. They appear on your dashboard so your staff can fulfil the order.
Who can see it
Your call records are visible to your own team on your dashboard, and to the Rifku team when we need to help with your account.
